Cancellation Policy
Online Booking: Customers are encouraged to utilize our online booking system for convenience and efficiency. Bookings can be made through our website or designated booking platforms. Appointment Confirmation: Upon booking, customers will receive a confirmation email/text detailing the appointment date and time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the booking details. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. To reschedule, customers can do so through the online booking system or by contacting our customer service team. Cancellation: There are no cancellation fees for appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, customers are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, we urge customers to arrive promptly for their appointments. If a customer anticipates being late, we appreciate a courtesy call to adjust the schedule accordingly. No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice), the appointment slot will be forfeited. Repeat no-show incidents may result in restrictions on future bookings. Special Circumstances: We recognize that emergencies or unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Refunds: Refunds are issued only in cases where the service was not provided or if there are extenuating circumstances deemed appropriate for a refund. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable time frame and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Policy Updates: Shades Window Tinting reserves the right to update or modify this booking policy as necessary. Customers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
